Is Vera a doctor?
No. Vera is a companion that shares general information from cited sources — not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Live Ask Vera is AI and can be wrong. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
Where is my data stored?
On your device by default — you can use Verity with no account at all. If you sync, it travels over an encrypted connection to a server in the EU, where it is stored and served only to your account. Wherever you live, you get the same strong, GDPR-level protection. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Does Verity send my data to an AI?
Only if you use Ask Vera AI. The free Ask Vera answers come from a cited library right on your device — no AI, nothing sent. Do I need an account to use it?
